As a guide these are the preserves we made last year: Strawberry, Rhubarb, Raspberry, Summer Fruit (Raspberry, Strawberry and Blackcurrant), Spicy Peach, Apple and Rosehip, Apple and Rowanberry, Spicy Apple, Grape, Hedgerow (Apple, Rosehip and Elderberry), Mulled Grape, Green Tomato Chutney and Sherry Mincemeat. |

Jam and jelly making is a small scale operation, and the jams are made in half pound jars (approx 227 g). Also available, gift sets comprising of a selection of 3 small jars of jams/jellies, (each jar approx 65g).
