Jayne and Paul make jams and jellies that use fruit exclusively grown in the Isle of Lewis, to date that is strawberry, raspberry Jams and the rapidly becoming famous Grape jelly as well as slightly more obscure fruits such as Rosehip jelly and ‘apple and rowanberry’ jelly. Other varieties are in the pipeline as the fruit is sourced. Hebridean Jam are also making confectionary, Jayne makes traditional Scottish tablet (this is like fudge but firmer in texture) and Paul is making real fruit juice lollipops—interested visit our confectionary page As Fruit is seasonal so are our products, to see current stock for Jams and confectionary.
